I used to be a perfectionist, and I hated being called "slow" —even though there was no denying it.

More recently, I've learned to embrace my slow-paced nature to craft a little something that I like to call
The Artisan Pace.

A pace that values the small moments —and resists the urge to hurry and grasp for more than I need.

A pace that produces less, but better.

A pace that cultivates an artisan life, something unique and precious.

So, you can call me
the slow artisan.

I hail from Southern Colorado, where I was raised by my Cajun father and Malaysian mother with my 6 siblings (it's a funny story).

I'm an introvert, but having people around my table always makes me feel more alive. It's a real conundrum.

I currently live in Louisville, Kentucky with my wonderful husband/childhood sweetheart. My wonderful husband, Nooch, is half Iranian, so we basically make the best food ever.

For fun, I paint, write, and make artisan bread.

We just bought our first house, and since decorating is my favorite pastime, I am one happy lady.
